INMAN, S.C. – August 6, 2020 – TrueTimber has extended the partnership with JR Motorsports on Noah Gragson’s No. 9 car as the NASCAR Xfinity Series enters the back half of the 2020 season. JRM announced that Bass Pro Shops, TrueTimber and Black Rifle Coffee will stay on as co-primary sponsors for an additional 16 races as Gragson chases the NXS Championship. The partnership trio were on board at the beginning of the 2020 season for Gragson’s season-opening win at Daytona.
“This has been very exciting news and we love seeing the TrueTimber logo and pattern on Noah’s car,” said TrueTimber CEO Rusty Sellars. “Noah has shown a ton of talent and brings a lot of energy to the track every week. We have worked closely with JRM for some time now and are thrilled to have the opportunity to continue our involvement with the team. Our friends at Bass Pro Shops and Black Rifle Coffee have been great partners and we look forward to seeing what the future holds with this extension.”
This season marks 22-year-old Gragson’s second year with JR Motorsports where he has been gaining a lot of traction against the rest of the field. Gragson currently sits third in the Xfinity Series season standings with two wins, eight top-five and 11 top-10 finishes this year.
“I was able to spend time with Rusty [Sellers] and his entire group at TrueTimber before this pandemic hit and I can’t thank them enough for allowing me to represent their brand throughout the 2020 season. What they have been able to do with their company is amazing and that time spent with them learning about TrueTimber and their company is something I will never forget. To represent Johnny [Morris], Rusty [Sellers], Evan [Hafer] and Mat [Best] along with their three brands is something I am thankful for and hopefully I continue to do them proud this year,” said Gragson. “Hopefully we can continue our strong run together and celebrate at the end of the year with the Xfinity Series Championship trophy.
Fans can also see TrueTimber patterns, logos and artwork in eNASCAR Coca Cola iRacing on Brad Davies No. 88 JR Motorsports car. Davies currently sits 12th in season points with five races remaining before playoffs.
