The JR Motorsports team continues building momentum in the Coca-Cola iRacing Series after leading 157 of 250 combined laps between Davies and driver of the number 8 car, Michael Conti during the last race at Bristol Motor Speedway. Dale Earnhardt Jr. has also joined in on the iRacing action, making multiple appearances in the eNASCAR Pro Invitational Series. The Pro Invitational Series features multiple past and present drivers from the NASCAR world who are currently being delayed from events due to COVID-19, including Jimmie Johnson, Kyle Busch, Clint Bowyer, Bobby Labonte and many more. Earnhardt Jr. finished second in the inaugural race at Miami and continues to have a high performing presence as the series grows.
“We jumped into the world of iRacing this year through our partner JR Motorsports and we cannot believe how prominent it has become,” said TrueTimber CEO Rusty Sellars. “The current circumstances certainly are not ideal, however iRacing is the perfect outlet for racing to continue and fans to stay tuned in. I think this situation is shedding some much-needed light on this revolutionary form of the sport and just how much potential it has in the future. We love to see how motivated Dale is to grow the sport and we are thrilled to be a part of the team.”
