MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – May 9, 2022 – Viridian Weapon Technologies announces its renowned E-Series Green Laser Sights for the popular and ever-growing lineup of Taurus G-Series pistols. Always a staple of the Viridian lineup, the E-Series lasers are go-to choices for every day carry pistols. And the Taurus G-Series certainly appeals to so many for concealed carry and self defense. The Viridian E-Series started as a red laser product designed to specifically fit the industry’s most popular carry guns. The increased performance of a green laser coupled by the demand from the market made a E-Series Green Laser Sight a natural expansion.  

The E-Series Green Laser Sight easily mounts to the trigger guard of all G-Series Pistols. It features simple installation and an ambidextrous on/off button with a five-minute auto shut off. The Green Laser has a range of up to 100 yards in the daylight and two miles at night. The E-Series Green Laser Sight has a constant run time of 60 minutes and easy windage and elevation adjustments.

Green Dot Electro Optics from Viridian come in several different figurations - each SKU boasts a highly visible 3 MOA green dot to help with target acquisition, unlimited eye relief and is truly parallax free, has an extended battery life and is built with a high-grade aluminum alloy body with matte black finish exterior. Viridian to Exhibit at Texas Police Chiefs Association Annual Conference

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – April 11, 2022 – Viridian Weapon Technologies continues to educate and inform law enforcement on its FACT Duty Gun Camera, the only product designed to show what really happened in an officer involved shooting. This time Viridian will attend the Texas Police Chiefs Association (TCPA) 2022 Conference in Galveston Island, Texas April 11-14, 2022 and can be found in booth #210.

The TCP promotes and enhances the professional development of all executive and management personnel within duly constituted law enforcement agencies in the state of Texas. The conference will feature speakers to help keep attendees ahead of the trends with informative topics for both large and small agencies. The 2021 show saw a record number of vendors and this year promises to follow suit.

The Viridian WMC provided crucial evidence in an officer-involved shooting (OIS) trial in Vernon, Texas in 2020. The jury convicted the defendant of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon on a public official. The WMC provided the critical evidence in the case by showing the defendant pointing a sawed-off shotgun at Vernon Police Corporal T.J. Session during an exchange of gunfire in which both Corporal Session and the defendant were shot and wounded.

The highly advanced WMC employs a 1080p full-HD digital camera with a microphone and 500 lumen tactical light.
